2.1 Creative Associate
The Creative Associate is an entry-level role within the Creative Department. This position focuses on supporting creative execution while developing a strong understanding of Bricks’ workflows, standards, and expectations. A Creative Associate is expected to:- Support Creative Executives in research, planning, and preparation
- Assist in gathering references, mood boards, and visual inspiration
- Support in props selection and assist in props sourcing and preparation in coordination with the production team
- Communicate with suppliers regarding props and required items through the production team
- Assist in casting coordination and communication with external and internal casting parties
- Support wardrobe and styling preparation, including outfit, accessories, and makeup selections
- Assist in coordinating makeup and grooming requirements
- Support communication with external parties related to creative execution
- Assist in managing and tracking post-production tasks and deliverables
- Ensure creative-related information is properly documented and communicated
- Learn and follow Creative Department tools, templates, and workflows
- Execute assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and on time
2.2 Creative Executive
The Creative Executive is responsible for owning the creative execution of assigned brands from start to finish. This role acts as the primary driver of ideas, planning, and on-ground creative leadership.- Understand the brand, its audience, and its business objectives
- Translate briefs into clear, executable creative concepts and plans
- Conduct brand research and identify creative opportunities
- Develop detailed pre-production plans aligned with the approved scope
- Lead shoots from a creative standpoint, ensuring alignment with the approved direction
- Guide content creators, models, and supporting teams on set
- Maintain creative quality throughout production and post-production
- Review creative outputs and request revisions when needed
- Coordinate closely with Account, Production, and Post-Production teams
- Make sure all deliverables meet the approved creative standards and timelines
2.3 Lead Creative Executive
The Lead Creative Executive bridges execution and leadership. This role owns complex projects while supporting and guiding Creative Executives and Creative Associates. A Lead Creative Executive is expected to:- Oversee multiple projects or brands simultaneously
- Review, refine, and validate creative concepts and plans
- Support Creative Executives during planning and execution phases
- Ensure consistency and quality across all assigned projects
- Mentor Creative Associates and Creative Executives
- Step in during high-pressure productions or complex situations
- Identify creative risks early and help resolve them
2.4 Senior Creative Executive (Head of Creative Department)
The Senior Creative Executive leads the Creative Department and is responsible for overall creative direction, standards, and accountability. This role is expected to:- Set creative benchmarks and department-wide standards
- Approve major concepts, creative directions, and plans
- Ensure consistency across all brands and creative outputs
- Guide and mentor the creative team at all levels
- Oversee creative performance and quality control
- Make final creative decisions within the department
- Ensure the Creative Department operates efficiently and professionally
2.5 Reporting Lines & Decision Authority
- Creative Associates report to Creative Executives or Lead Creative Executives
- Creative Executives report to Lead Creative Executives or the Senior Creative Executive
- Lead Creative Executives report to the Senior Creative Executive
- Final creative decisions within the Creative Department lie with the Senior Creative Executive
