Creative work at Bricks is never done in isolation. Strong output depends on clear collaboration, respect for roles, and consistent alignment across teams. This section defines how the Creative Department is expected to work with internal stakeholders.

9.1 Working with the Account Team

The Account Team represents the client and manages scope, timelines, and communication. Creatives are expected to:
  • Align on scope and deliverables before planning
  • Clarify deadlines and priorities early
  • Flag creative risks or limitations immediately
  • Avoid committing to ideas without Account alignment
  • Keep Account informed of progress and changes
Creative and Account must operate as partners, not silos.

9.2 Working with the Production Team

The Production Team enables execution through logistics, resources, and coordination. Creatives are expected to:
  • Share clear creative requirements early
  • Plan realistically within production constraints
  • Respect production timelines and processes
  • Communicate changes as early as possible
  • Support smooth on-set execution
Strong production outcomes rely on early and clear creative planning.

9.3 Working with Designers & Post-Production Teams

Designers, editors, and motion teams execute the creative output. Creatives are expected to:
  • Provide clear direction and references
  • Assign tasks through the approved system
  • Communicate priorities and deadlines clearly
  • Review work carefully and provide specific feedback
  • Avoid vague, conflicting, or last-minute changes
Clear direction reduces revisions and improves quality.

9.4 Working with Management

Management ensures alignment, quality, and performance. Creatives are expected to:
  • Escalate issues early and transparently
  • Seek input when direction is unclear
  • Accept feedback professionally
  • Implement approved changes without resistance
  • Maintain accountability for outcomes
Escalation is a sign of responsibility, not weakness.

9.5 Handling Conflicts & Misalignment

Conflicts may occur during high-pressure work. Creatives are expected to:
  • Address issues calmly and professionally
  • Focus on solutions, not blame
  • Communicate concerns early
  • Involve management when needed
  • Avoid public or emotional confrontations
Professional conduct must be maintained at all times.

9.6 Alignment Across Phases

Alignment is not a one-time task. Creatives must:
  • Re-align during planning, production, and post-production
  • Ensure changes are communicated across teams
  • Confirm understanding before moving forward
  • Avoid assumptions
Misalignment leads to delays, rework, and quality loss.
