Leadership
Creative Director & Co-Founder
As Creative Director and one of the Founders of Bricks, Leqaa Al Naqi holds full responsibility for the company’s creative, operational, and strategic outcomes. With extensive experience and expertise in design and marketing, she oversees all departments and operations, sets direction, and leads quality control to ensure every deliverable meets the company’s standards, business objectives, and overall performance expectations while aligning creative output with the company’s vision and goals.
Head of Creative Department
Melina is the head of the Creative Department. She has been leading the Creative Direction for all of our premium clients. Her knowledge extends in conceptualizing, planning, accuracy in production, and a great eye for post-production.
Head of Production
Started at the age of 17 — worked as a Photographer, Retoucher, Editor, Colorist, Video Editor, Motion Designer, and Cinematographer. Until he became the Head of Production, responsible for all of the above. A true living legend.
Head of Video Editors
A video post-production expert with wide experience in TV channels, commercials, TV series, and documentaries. As the head of video editors, he supports the team in managing all video post-production operations.
